We’re excited to be able to take team & individual photos of your school or organization! Below you’ll find some answers to some frequently asked questions.
My child/athlete wears glasses. I don’t want any glare, so should they remove their glasses for the photos?
Glasses are not a problem at all. If there is glare on the glasses, that is OUR FAULT! If there is any glare covering the iris, we’ll make sure it’s fixed before printing.

My child/athlete has acne or other blemishes that I’d like removed in the prints. Is retouching available?
If ordering with pre-pay envelopes, retouching add-on service is available.
If ordering via online proofing, retouching is not available for ordering, but can be done, Please contact us about retouching services.
We include team photos in most of our print packages, and you can also purchase a team photo with a package at a discounted rate, or without a package at full price.
While you are certainly welcome to order an individual package for each, you can also request a “buddy” package for them to be photographed together in a single image, therefore only requiring a single package purchase.
Please contact the photographer prior to Picture Day to make sure this is communicated.
We guarantee orders will be delivered within four weeks from the picture day. That said, orders typically are fulfilled within two-three weeks.
If every member of the team has ordered a package, yes, otherwise, digitals are only given to the yearbook staff with a copyright release for print in the yearbook only.
No, original raw / digital negative files are not for sale.
Yes! With the purchase of a print package, you receive a discount on the cost of a digital image.
No, this violates copyright. We provide digital image sales suitable for sharing online only online, not for print.
